Revomaze Extreme Puzzle is crazy frustratingly hard

September 21, 2009 By: 9bl Category: News, Others, Video

Sometimes in the middle of the work day your brain is just absolutely fried.  Too much of the same old thing can be exhausting, no matter how simple the task.  Instead you can challenge that brain of yours in a slightly different way.  This puzzle may be slightly expensive, but it’s definitely going to be a change of pace.  This puzzle challenges your manual dexterity on different levels.  It’s not quite as entertaining as a video game, but it’s less likely to get you into trouble at work. Something about playing with a handheld game console in the middle of the work day tends to upset bosses.  This is more likely to sneak under the radar.  It has a total of three different levels for you to beat.  The levels are said to be, “Very very hard, super duper hard, and crazy frustratingly hard.”  Don’t worry though, apparently given enough time and practice it is perfectly solvable.  You can purchase the game that’s imported from the UK for $119.99 through Think Geek

MyPhones for kids limit the max volume

September 20, 2009 By: 9bl Category: News, Others

If you’re a little worried about you or your kids listening to music far too loudly, these headphones would be one way to control that.  It’s actually meant for kids, but adults that are trying to clean up their own act would benefit from something like these too.  They make it so that the highest you can make the volume won’t actually damage your hearing.  Plus, these headphones allow you to pick and choose the look of them on a day to day basis.

Blue Travel Set has an added pocket for gadgets

September 20, 2009 By: 9bl Category: Others

This has to be the ultimate travel blanket.  I’m always freezing on public transportation and sometimes it’s nice to take a nap when you’re stuck on a plane or train for hours.  This kit includes a blanket to keep you warm and a pillow.  Which anyone that’s used a pillow on any public transportation knows how pathetic they tend to be.  Hopefully this pillow included in the set is far more comfortable.  Not only does it have the blanket and pillow, but a pocket on the blanket specifically meant for your smaller gadgets.

The Battery Wizard promises it can recharge even disposable batteries. Although initially more expensive, the advantage of rechargeable batteries has always been that they cut down on buying more batteries and they cut down on depleted batteries clogging our landfills.

VUDU offers services on LG BD390 Blu-ray player

September 11, 2009 By: 9bl Category: Blu-ray, News, Others, Video

Blu-ray players are getting more and more commonplace these days as prices start to drop and the adoption rate goes up, but it still isn’t good enough to be on par with DVD’s explosion when that format was introduced many years ago. After all, the jump to full High Definition from DVD isn’t that remarkable compared to what DVD did better compared to the regular Video CD format.
